At PCA, we raise pools of philanthropic capital to regrant to organizations and municipalities – those working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and bring health and balance to our troubled ecosystems.
Since 2020, we have deployed $3,000,000 into our bioregion.

Apply for funding:
Grants are available to municipalities, libraries, nonprofits, schools, faith-based institutions and other interested partners in Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster, Putnam, and Orange Counties in New York State.
We pair our grants with a range of support services to ensure success – from educational resources to coaching and communications assistance. As a result, our grantee partners produce results that inspire others to take up the work most needed in their communities.
We are committed to awarding at least 40% of grants to disadvantaged and underserved communities that are often at the front lines of the climate crisis.

Building Decarbonization Grant Program: CLOSED
PCA is thrilled to announce the recipients of our inaugural Building Decarbonization grants. Projects will put nonprofit organizations and communities on the pathway to decreasing fossil fuel use by electrifying, insulating their facilities, and planning for the future.
