Jen Metzger, Ulster County Executive and Former State Senator, shared an update with us on the Climate Leadership& Community Protection Act (CLCPA) and its Scoping Plan—NYS’s nation leading climate law. She discussed the relationship between the Bond Act and the CLCPA and local actions that towns can and should consider.
